Fluid cuisine in drinklist.

The cocktail bar welcomes clients from the aperitif to the after-dinner and serves its proposal both in the inside spaces and outside in the courtyard, offering the possibility to match the dinner to a drink.

The unprecedented drinklist comes from the innovative idea of the fluid cuisine of bartender Filippo Sisti, a concept that adds haute cuisine’s ingrediens and cooking techniques to the classic mixology.

Young bartender Nicola Romiti leads the staff of the cocktial bar, getting the guests become curious and passionate with a drink to enjoy in an exclusive yet informal athmosphere.

The drinklist gets renewed on a seasonal basis with new cocktails and revisitations of great classics.
